Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of yourmoneystretcher.com, free accounts, our newsletter, the free Family Budget Starter Kit and other downloads, and Kids & Money. The site is operated by Rip & Ride LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Educational information, not financial advice
Our guides, tools, downloads, emails and the Kids & Money course are general educational information about budgeting and teaching children about money. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they don't take your personal circumstances into account. Calculators give simple estimates. Tax rules, benefit programs and account limits change; check official sources such as IRS.gov or talk to a qualified professional before making decisions. We are not a bank, lender, investment adviser or tax preparer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or make a purchase.
3. Free accounts
- Accounts are free. You need a verified email address and a password.
- Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you think it's been misused.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to abuse the site.
- Account holders receive account emails (verification and password resets), plus one email when the Kids & Money course opens only if they ask for it. The newsletter is separate and optional.
4. Kids & Money
- When available, the Kids & Money course is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the course page in US dollars, paid in advance through our third-party payment provider.
- Your purchase gives one household access to the video lessons and printable activities for as long as we offer the course, and at least 12 months.
- The course is general education for parents. It doesn't recommend specific financial products, banks or investments.
- You may not share your login outside your household or redistribute the videos or activities.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4a. Downloads
The free Family Budget Starter Kit and member downloads are free for personal use. You may print and share them with your household, but not resell or republish them.
5. Email
We send the newsletter only to people who sign up and confirm by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Email and Anti-Spam Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, sign up other people without their permission, submit false information, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or harmful content through our forms.
7. Our content

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any savings amount, financial result or outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rip & Ride LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from your use of the site, guides or Kids & Money, or from decisions you make based on them. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or Kids & Money is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rip & Ride LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we'll notify members by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
