Refund Policy

This policy covers the Kids & Money course, once available. Guides, the allowance planner, the Family Budget Starter Kit, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30 days, no questions

If the course isn't right for your family, email hello@yourmoneystretcher.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you ordered with, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Technical problems

If videos won't play for you and we can't fix it, we'll refund you, even after 30 days.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
